periMind Corporation today announced the sale of its ownership stake in The Micro JavaTM Network (MJN). According to Patrick Pyette - the President of periMind:

"The Micro JavaTM Network was created to accomplish two primary goals for us: To help provide some traction in the J2METM technology space; and to provide a place for the periMind name to become recognised.

We feel that we have succeeded in accomplishing both of these goals and it is now time for periMind to focus on the development and production of applications that leverage our considerable skills in both the J2METM and J2EETM spaces."

Siemens Singapore has licensed three production games for distribution with the launch of their new M50 JavaTM-enabled handsets. Our games will be distributed with the handsets in all of south-eastern Asia and Australia.

December 15, 2001

Siemens is now shipping its SL45i Java phone with demonstration versions of our games in Singapore and Hong Kong. In addition, our complete demo suite of games is being used by Siemens Singapore for carrier trials.

September 17, 2001

periMind Corporation announced today the immediate availability of the beta release of a series of J2METM applications. The applications include the classic arcade games -- Froggy, TronCycle, and MineSweeper, as well as a small application for amateur astronomers -- ScopeCalc.

The applications are available for download directly from our web site or from the Micro Java Network.

Look for more applications to be announced in the coming weeks.

periMind Corporation announced today a Joint Venture with Logic Chain, Inc. of New York to launch The Micro JavaTM Network (MJN). The MJN is an Industry Portal dedicated to the acceptance and development of the Java 2 Micro EditionTM platform on smart devices.
